The DREAM Foundation is a non-profit diaspora-led development and engagement platform committed to empowering people, mobilising talent, and connecting the global African diaspora to Nigeria, Lagos, and Africa for sustainable impact.
The word D.R.E.A.M stands for Diaspora, Relief, Empowerment, Advisory & Mentorship. We exist to inspire and equip individuals—at home and abroad—to generate opportunities by discovering their unique gifts, developing essential skills, and delivering meaningful impact that transforms lives, strengthens communities, and contributes to national and global development.
The DREAM Foundation is a registered not-for-profit / social enterprise based in Lagos, Nigeria, with a global outlook and diaspora reach.

Our vision is centred on "Generating opportunities for individuals at home and in the diaspora." We envision a world where diaspora and local talent are strategically connected, untapped potential is activated, and individuals are equipped to generate opportunities, influence positive change, and build sustainable futures for themselves, their communities, and their nations.
